This is one of my families favorite local places to take a nice long walk. I take my grandchildren here, and they love it. There's benches, a covered picnic area, a viewing area over looking the creek, and trash recepticals so we can clean up after ourselves. There are areas that you can get right down to the creek. It's quiet, peaceful, and full of nature. Parking: Plenty of parking. Handicap parking. Dog-friendliness: There are trash cans along the way so you can easily clean up after your dog, and throw it away.

Really interesting trail, first part is easy but it becomes moderate closer to the ruins.
