Hey Riverstop, My mother had the unpleasant experience of answering a receipt prompt that her experience at your place was poor. She was upset about cutting off her patronage, as our family was amongst your first customers at your original location in Newaygo closer to the river. My mom gets flustered since her experience with chemo and has a hard time addressing issues of failure to perform and failures of service in the moment. She told me that repeatedly she has been served prepaid beverages to-go that are only 2/3 full. She says that when she has been able to overcome and address it, she is made to feel like a glutton for wanting her expensive beverage served to her full under the lid. She said she is told that they never fill the cups beyond 2/3. She feels like this only happens to her. Additionally she feels like some retaliatory behavior is now occurring as she is being downsized: my mother stated that after my mother paid, the cashier instructed the trainee to serve my mother her beverage in a smaller sized container than she paid for. That is stealing. Further, it is a deceptive practice to sell a beverage size by a container and then not fill that container. The assumption is that the customer is buying the container full when they order by container size. Please do better, Riverstop.
