Jay's construction

Jay's Construction did a great job of addressing our house's damage that occurred after some damaging winds brought down some large tree branches. Back in November, shortly after the damage occurred, I contacted several other construction businesses and Jeremy from Jay's Construction was the only one that was willing to take on the job. Jeremy and all of his construction crew are professional and managed to make necessary repairs and roofed the house in a timely manner, even in the middle of Winter. I highly recommend Jay's Construction for any construction and roofing needs that you have.

We hired Jay after seeing his work on Big Star Lake. Our project was complex, requiring a total remodel and addition inside and outside. Jay was fair and competitive in his pricing and realistic knowing plans may change throughout the process. We made it clear in the beginning that we needed communication because we live out of state. He was very good and frequently sent us pictures and talked via phone. His crew also communicated with both progress reports and suggestions they were willing to make on the fly. The suggestions were subtle at times but all greatly improved the look and function of our space. There were indeed major adjustments along the way. Jay and his crew were open to the changes and fair in pricing. The quality of the work is excellent and when sub contractors did not meet the standards, Jay and his crew took it upon themselves to ensure that they reworked to the higher standard. We would highly recommend Jays Construction and his crew and will definitely use them again in the future. They were a pleasure to work with and the overall experience was great. Jays contruction replaced all my doors and windows and re sided my lake cottage and garage! They did an awesome job and was very pleasant to work with . I would highly recommend them !

My Mom lives up in MI and needed some roof work done as rain was coming down her walls which was a big problem. She was not having good luck finding anyone reliable and I went to Google. Jays and a couple others came up that looked OK. I reached out to all three. Jeremy called me right away. He sounded friendly, confident, and I had already checked to make sure his license was in good standings, which it was 100%, so we hired him. Three projects later Jay's Construction is on our speed dial. He has been on-time, professional, honest, and my Mom adores him and his team. We scored! A couple days after he responded one of the other three called me. I told him we had committed to someone. The guy sounded concerned.
