NEW refi 2020: Working with Ken and his team was a great experience. Helped me through recent refi to help fund a recent addition. The team walked me through the process, and their online portal for posting all the lender-required documents made it easy to check my status. In my case, had a poor appraisal (no comps in my area). Ken helped me select the best short term Home Equity options and then we got the refi done after some better comps sold nearby. 2018:Was referred to Ken a few years back and have financed and refinanced with him a few times, always a smooth and transparent process. He takes the time to thoroughly explain my options so that I am comfortable with any decision, and is always attentive to my concerns. Most importantly, I value the honest advice, even once advising me when another provider could offer a better deal during the recession. I of course came back to Ken first when I was ready to buy my next home.
