They also have appointment's with multiple Insurance carriers, so when company A decides to raise rates on a whim, The Maris-Brown Group has company B, C, and D in their back pocket to always position the best value to their clients. Saves you from having to call a bunch of different agencies trying to find the best value of the day.

Christy Stepp is amazing! I want everyone to know that she went above and beyond to make sure we got our last minute vehicle purchase insured and she got the proof to me super fast so we could close the deal and take the vehicle home. She knew we were getting a new vehicle and had sent me the quote. I was supposed to let her know if it was a go and I forgot. I was trying to call the Agency past 5:00 and was put on hold and then my phone rang and it was her calling me to see if I needed the proof of ins. Outstanding customer service! Thanks!

We do not recommend Maris Brown Insurance Company. Our mortgage company needed proof of insurance for our condo. Maria Brown assured us they had sent it to our mortgage company. After repeated calls over a 3-month period to Maris Brown and their assurance it would be handled, today we received a notice from our mortgage company that they have purchased condo insurance for $1764.00, which we will have to pay for!
