The owners of 1st Class Carpet Cleaning are nothing short of amazing! We had a bit of an emergent carpet situation, I called and within 2 hours they were at our home to remove the stains! They were so friendly and the carpet looks INCREDIBLE-like nothing ever happened! So grateful for their help today, my true MVPs!! Thank you!!! Wow 1st class is their name for a reason. I had the vent cleaning, carpet cleaning and upholstery cleaning services done today. They did such a thorough job in 2.5 hours for a 2500 sqft house, very nice owners (husband/wife) team that show up and WORK. Very satisfied. Services: General carpet cleaning, Upholstery cleaning

They came out on time for the job and were very friendly. They had to cancel my appointment the week prior due to sickness which I appreciated them not coming to the house when they were ill. They cleaned the ducts and basement carpet, but seemed to be very much rushing, so the attention to detail was not great (they were in and out in less than 2hrs). I cleared out our entire basement except for a couch and love seat which i had moved into the corner of the room. When I checked after they hadnt moved them and cleaned the carpet underneath. They did text back after I texted them and said if they were back in the area they would try to stop by and clean those two areas. They did a good job on the areas they did clean. Update: The company offered to come back out and clean the areas under the couches which was cool.
