If you could equate a broken down car right after working a midnight shift as a positive experience, then you will need to add Ballor Towing into that equation. First contact was Autumn with dispatch. She was informative with all information I requested. She was patient and helpful with my needs. She sent me a text to let me know the drivers name and eta. Austin was there fairly quickly. He was professional and kind. There was no rush in loading my car. He made sure to load my car carefully and securely. Thank you to Ballors Towing for providing our community with such a great and much needed service.

When the driver (Issac) got there he was friendly and professional. Asking if it could be started and what was the problem. He took care getting my car up and secured well. He made those 27 miles back home, with my car, seem like it took no time at all with his friendly conversation. I would recommend this towing service. For me it was great service from beginning to the drop off.
