        M&M Garage Door installed a premium double door and Liftmaster opener. Initial install was good but had issues with the door not closing every time - after a year it was a 50/50 chance it would stay closed. Paid for a service call and was told that the motor mounting bolts needed tightening. The problem happened again and I inspected the bolts. I found the bolts were not drilled into a stud and only went through the drywall. The motor was only supported by the spring bar. M&M came out again and offered to install correctly for $165. I refused and decided to engineer a solution myself. Overall product was good and the servicemen were polite, but I cannot recommend a company that refuses to correct their errors.

        My garage door spring broke at 11:30am and Karsin was out by 4:00pm the same day! After inspecting the problem(s), I was given a fair quote and service was completed by 6:30pm the same day! Karsin was knowledgeable, polite, and efficient with the installation. Highly recommend M&M garage doors!
