In July of 2022 weI placed a call to Century 21 Realtors in St. Joseph. Michigan, as we were getting ready to move to Upstate New York in October 2022. They sent us Caleb Dryden to meet with us. After our first meeting with him, it was a breeze to deal with Caleb. We had a time limit for our move as we had already signed a contract in New York for our move. We appreciated the guidance that we got from Caleb. He told us how to prepare the house for showing the property and worked with us tirelessly until the very last hour of our stay in Michigan. Guided us in pricing the house and guided us in selecting a buyer for the house. What we liked most about Caleb was his honesty and his timeliness in all matters. He was patient with us and answered all the many questions we had about the sale of the house in Michigan, including all the paperwork we had to sign.
