The Buffet New Buffalo

I am blown away that a place could have such a wonderful array of food and prepare it so poorly. There is no way that I could feel good about charging $50 for. Such low quality food . I would love to know how many people actually return to it because I wont.i guarantee I would blow them out of the water in a cooking competition any day of the week and I would be willing to be the head chef that could bring out the potential that needs to happen

I will forever miss my coworkers. When I worked at the buffet I felt like it was family. Nobody quit. Everyone was nice friendly and upbeat. I loved working for four winds they took care of us as employees. Cooks were pleasant. Everyone just so pleasant. Miss Katie too!

By far the worst quality buffet I’ve ever eaten at. I literally can’t think of one dish I genuinely liked that was cooked right and tasted good. The food was dry, cold and extremely unappealing to look at. I actually made disgusted faces when looking at some of the dishes and my boyfriend laughed because he noticed it. The desserts were ok, but as a whole completely not worth the price. I will never be eating here again.

Decided to do Thanksgiving dinner here. It was one of the worst buffets I've ever eaten. I wouldn't have paid $15, let alone $50. The food was lukewarm, or ran out (& it wasn't that busy). The quality of the food was awful, the carving station was understaffed (1 Carver serving prime rib & Turkey) causing the wait to be ~30min for just that item. When food ran out it took 30+min to restock. Most of the food was bearly tolerable quality. The only redeeming factor was the waitstaff was wonderful.
