Beware of All Drains LLC: Potential Scam AlertI recently had a concerning experience with All Drains LLC and feel compelled to share my story to warn others. Initially, I contacted them to inquire about using a camera to inspect a problematic drain on my property. From the outset, the person I spoke with, Tom, seemed overly eager to secure my business.Despite my reservations, I agreed to meet Tom at the location. Upon arrival, he arrived with a camera but claimed it couldn't progress more than 8 inches into the drain due to the size of the camera head. He then suggested using another camera with a smaller head, which, to my surprise, was the same size as the first.Following this failed attempt, Tom declared that I had a severe drain issue and proposed an exorbitant fee of $4800 to address it, insisting on receiving half upfront. This blatant attempt to exploit the situation left me feeling deceived and cheated.Adding insult to injury, the individual accompanying Tom appeared incompetent and unfamiliar with operating the camera equipment. Despite this lack of expertise, they still charged me a $200 service fee for essentially no service rendered.In summary, my encounter with All Drains LLC and Tom was nothing short of disappointing and suspicious. I urge others to exercise caution and avoid falling victim to their questionable practices. Trust your instincts and seek services from reputable companies with transparent practices and integrity.

Spoke with him on Monday and got an estimate the same day. Broken sewer pipe in the back yard. The job was completed the next day. Very well done!

I had a main sewer line break in my yard. I called out a different company that was supposed to run a camera to locate the break, they did not, and then proceeded to tell me that the repair would cost me $25,000. I began calling for other estimates. My dad came across Bill at All Drain. He came out the next morning and ran a camera. He found the break and very thoroughly explained the problem and the worked that would need to be done. He even explained what could potentially go wrong. He gave me a price a third of what the other guy gave. Even worse case scenario would have been almost half the first guys quote. Bill and his crew were very knowledgeable, polite, friendly, courteous and they worked like a well oiled machine. I am extremely satisfied with the work performed and would suggest this company to anyone needing any work done. Thank you very much Bill, Lou, Jeff and Im sorry I never got the 4th guys name. Appreciate your hard work.
