CMS Tax Plus

Shut this business down. They messed up my tax return and had to mail it, causing a HUGE delay. Then when i find out there was fraud going on with my taxes these women were of no help at all. I paid them to do my taxes and all they could tell me was i had to call the irs. Why am i calling the irs an jumping thru hoops for hours on end when i paid YOU to do my taxes??! Its been 6 months, I STILL DONT HAVE MY RETURN!! These are the most incapable and unprofessional people i know. Theres literally a page on the irs website where they can request authorization to speak on my behalf, they wouldnt even do that. Just kept saying its out of their hands now. Un-****-real. Not to mention, good luck even talking to someone. They never answer phones or emails. This place is a JOKE! Just sayin too, funny how theyre the only ones with ALL my tax and personal information, and one lady knew the exact date of when the fraudulant charge happend. Seems a little fishy but, just saying.

They lost the envelope with all of our tax info during their move and blamed us. We had to gather all of our info again, which wasn't easy! We ended up filing late and getting pretty hefty fees. Will never go there again!

Fast, efficient service. Friendly staff. I've been going to CMS and working with Doreen. She's absolutely wonderful. She's always professional and friendly. Highly recommend.

I wish I could give no stars. What a joke, the most unprofessional company. Didn't provide a W2 then tried to throw my employer under the bus. Never calls when they say they are going to. Stay far far away if you want things done correctly and professionally this is not the place for you. What a joke!

Terribly disappointed. Save yourself the time and money! Worst service I have ever received. Staff was incredibly unprofessional and untimely. I was told she was unable to do my taxes and there was nothing she could do about it.. and i still had to pay?? Not to mention, I had to reach out a millions times to discover this No service was completed and the lack of respect made it even worse! Never again.. I hope no one else makes the mistake I did!
