Absolutely a terrible experience. Just filed a complaint with the State of Michigan. If Ms. McGuire is appointed your realtor by the 16th Circuit Court, please be aware. They are not there for your best interest. The best thing you can do is request another realtor. Let me add that Ms. McGuire had a title search done 9 days before the home was listed. The search was for the only client she allowed to bid on the property. How she knew the property was going to be listed is still a mystery. Please think twice before you allow her organization the ability to take advantage of you..She threatened to sue me for slander if I gave her a bad teview. Enough said. I was on the other side of these realtors, I was actually the buyer and they were the sellers. I had an absolute horrible experience, and was left homeless by some actions and words spoken by these realtors. I understand contracts and how they are written, but the lack of integrity in even just giving someone an apology boggles my mind. It is not fair to have this go for all the realtors there I am sure they are great, but Maria McGuire is who I am talking about. I simply wanted a meeting with her to get an apology for being part of the reason my family will be homeless for 4 days. But she is horrible to get a hold of and at returning calls or texts. Would never recommend. This site made me give a star, but truly its 0 stars.
