        I scheduled an appointment to open a new account and left a message inquiring about the requirements for a Canadian citizen to open a US bank account. A day before the appointment, an employee called me, and I explained my situation and request clearly, which she confirmed. However, when I drove three hours with a baby to the appointment the next day, another employee informed me, "Sorry, we can't open it, the system will not let us." This experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional, as I had to spend nearly seven hours on the road for nothing, all due to an untrained and inexperienced employee.
