Working for Palace has changed my life for the better. I have been employed here for the past 8 months and the amount of experience and sociable skills I have gained has felt like more like a lifetime of knowledge. The culture that office provides also is a huge plus, everyone is super friendly and helpful at teaching and developing each other.

Ive only been working here for a short period of time, but the atmosphere and the energy everyone gives off is truly amazing. I love the honors, and my palace, family! Truly amazing work schedule, and they will work with you through thick and thin!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I saw an advertisement either online or at another store that AT&T had a promo for the Samsung 23. Long story short, I just switched from an android to an iOS device and I am not a happy camper at all. Theres a lot of places that I couldve gone into to inquire about this promo, but I wanted to make this switch at the Sams in Port Huron MI for one reason, and one reason only: the young people that run the kiosk. So, I had the great pleasure of meeting Josh and Kosh- the local TechHeads! What a pair! Ive been with Verizon for 19 years and when I made this last switch in September, it was the worst transfer that Ive ever had in all the years that Ive been using a mobile device. Josh spent more time today with me than Ive gotten from Verizon staff in ALL the years combined! These two really work well together-there was no shade between them, no attitude, no cringe moments! They picked up on when one another needed a little bit of assistance and they jumped right in without being intrusive or negative in any way. We finished the deal. All is well. I just need to button up some things on my end. Its really important for me to let administration, management and the general public know how how grateful folks are for young people like this! I taught special education for 40 years-to see two young men like this handling themselves so professionally is just exemplary! I do hope they will be recognized for their diligence and caring ways. There is hope. Sincere thanks to both of these fine young men! They call me #mamaqueue.
