Ferrellgas

Id probably give zero if I could. Went to my camp, tank is gone. Never called me, even though they had my wife's phone number, not mine on file. Said they sent notices, to my old address. You'd think they'd get the mail back. Now I get it, they took it for non use. Only have a cook stove, and barely used much on a 500 gal tank. What I don't think is good is, the tank still had 30-35% in it. Talked on the phone, they told me I probably won't get any money back for gas that I paid for. Second, they basically did a hook and go and left the copper tube just sitting in the air. No cap, no cover nothing. Ferrellgas sucks. Don't buy their stuff.

We ran out of propane at our camp up north. I called and it was delivered a week earlier than expected. The gentleman who delivered was wonderful. He took the propane bottles across the bridge and behind our house for us. He was funny and very nice.

Raised tank lease prices almost double & claim such meticulous tank maintenance for customers. Photo shows how it ACTUALLY works - notified them that the valve cover hinge broke & this is what thgey brought - doesn't even come close to fitting!
