Bought a BMW 3 series and never received the title. They have stopped answering my phone calls and emails. From other recent reviews it seems that they have closed down. I would suggest never buying a car from Scott Hamilton unless you want to be without the title for 3 months.

I purchased a vehicle from this company and they were very friendly and helpful. The problem was the after service with no repair part that was promised and no plate for the car by the time the tag expired. I found out after 6 weeks from the purchase date that it had never been applied for.

Got screwed big time. Didn't get a warranty and the motor went down within 4 months and it sat in their shop for months had issues from thr start with the vehicle and now I'm trying to get the money up so I can pay off the loan company. Will never go to them again. Got pushed to just one vehicle and made a mistake for sure. Lesson learned and this place is horrible. DONT GO HERE. Been told by others now that it's a bad company to go to. Wish I would have known that before I went

Purchased a vehicle in October from Tradewind. Part of the sale agreement (that we have in writing) was that they would have a spare key made/programmed for us when their "key guy" was in. As soon as we purchased the vehicle, Scott stopped responding to phone calls and text messages. We recently stopped by during business hours to see if Nate could take care of this for us (since Scott has ghosted us)...there are only a few vehicles left on the lot, business doors were locked & the service area was closed as well. We have checked back multiple times only to find the same thing each time. At this point, it seems that this business has shut down and the 2 sales guys (Scott & Nate) that we dealt with are pretty shady. I don't know that we can even trust that the proper electronic title paperwork has been handled correctly & we will have to check into this as well. If this business were to re-open, I would strongly urge people to think twice before purchasing a vehicle from them.

I got a used SUV from them but within a month had issues with the transmission which I did have it checked out. But by August I had it brought in because the battery kept dying, I even told their mechanic that it either was the starter, alternator or battery. But all he did was jumpstart the car and said I was good. But I wasn't, still had the same issues and he then said it was the fuse box, that was 2 times he said that. But it kept dying within hours after getting the car back. We put in a new battery and the car died again. I now have it with a 3rd mechanic because the 2nd mechanic didn't want to touch or mess with anything because the 1st mechanic made a mess of the car and they didn't want to cause more issues for me. So now I'm looking at repairs that could cost me over $1,000 to fix because the 1st mechanic from tradewind didn't know what he was doing. And I did call tradewind about this and no one from that company has returned my calls or tried to help me in fixing this mess.
