Great place to rent storage unit they are very helpful an has great customer service. Hug shout out to Miss Qianna for being a big help in my time of need. Highly recommend their services.

So to start off with I just got off the phone with Robin to make a payment what great customer service skills she has prestige should be lucky to have her as one of the counter ladies taking care of the customers on the front lines two thumbs up to you Robin also I have to give a big shout out to Randy for helping me a couple weeks back out on the Apple avenue storage unit The gate was locked I was able to get into the storage unit through the gate because it had a gap in it but the storage unit passcode wasn't working the mechanical gate was messed up and had gremlins inside the works I was able to walk through the gate and go in and start working when Randy got the gate open he came down and informed me that the gate was open and able to come in and out and I told him thank you for that asked him if there was a chance he could take me back down to the front of the storage unit so I could bring my vehicle back in and load it with the stuff I needed to get Randy you have excellent customer service skills as well and you was a big help in making sure that the gate got open so I could get my vehicle in and take care of my business in the storage unit thank you again Randy and Robin prestige storage is lucky to have you guys
