I've been a long time customer.Never had a problem,till today.So disappointed and still in disbelief.I went to get a simple oil change.And while my car was in service.An employee popped 1 of my tires.Yes,that tire was replaced.But my highlander being a four wheel.How could I just have 1 new tire.I had to buy the other 3 tires.All because of their mistake. I spoke to the manager and all he could do for me,besides replacing that 1 tire.Is not charge me labor.Then as I'm waiting they advise me I need an alignment.Wow,after it was their mistake.I had to pay money out of my pocket.I really think I shouldn't have had to pay anything or at least they could have paid 1/2.
