Window worker was absolutely rude and has no right to be working in that position. Pam was very unhelpful and did the minimum to set me up correctly, didnt answer questions when I asked, and she did not smile, didnt greet anyone just simple said sign the clipboard. The room had 1 other person in waiting. Im only giving 2 stars because the doctor was very nice and helpful and so was the nurse/assistant, both were very kind and turned the experienced for the better.

Trinitys generic rebuttals or feedback after all their terrible reviews just shows how out of touch and unaccountable they are for their own actions. Dont bother leaving one of your generic rebuttals for me because we have all called you and, it obviously hasnt changed anything?.. So I suggest one of your WAY over paid ADMINISTRATORS start at the Top of the accountability chain and start replacing management until you start getting better reviews. That would be where every other business would start?.. but we will leave that whole scenario of them being a business ALONE! Which everyone should leave them ALONE! SMH?.. they have no concept of busy or being busy and it shows! Pathetic!

Very very RUDE. Took forever when i had an appointment schduled and had to wait over 45 and still aint got back to do drug screen and I came ready knowing i had to test and yet more then once i went and told the lady at the check in and she just ignored me.. it horrible place to have to go but they have plenty of time to screw off talking and have a great time with co worker yet they arent doing any work not at all took 35 mins just to get my paperwork. Thus is so ridiculous what a JOKE!!!!!!

This clinic has a 2.8 star rating for a reason, they are rude. Go to Corewell!
