        We had a brand new server and it showed! Basic things that they had written down were not completed correctly or a few not at all. No explanation until another server took over and she did amazing. Left us with a stressful experience for our parents and kids on Easter.

        Slow to no service, never refilled a coffee cup. No napkins, never refilled any beverage. Silverware so slow people go up and got their own.
