I have SERVER sleep apnea where I quit breathing 101 times PER HOUR for a min. @ 10 sec. each epesode. My Cpap motor has expired and my machine is giving me a failure message on the motor. I called to get a replacement as soon as I was alerted a couple weeks ago. I was told if I didn't hear from these guys in two weeks to call back. NO CALL BACK, NO ANSWERING THEIR PHONE, JUST ETERNAL VOICE MAIL! This is an urgent situation they are just blowing off. It's disgustingly horrible customer service for their patient.

the staff is useless. I went there to get a couple catheters for my wife while we were waiting for her shipment of supplies to arrive via fedex. I was told we won't help you. You have to go to Aeroflow to get your supples. Where is AeroFlow located. I told them in North Carolina which is why the supplies are sent via fedex to the house. There response was so AeroFlow isn't local? Then I was given an insincere "Sorry". My response as I walked out was no your not. I did get supplies needed from Carelinc in Grand Haven Michigan. I guess the "compassionate care" Trinity Health "provides" doesn't apply to the Trinity Health Home Medical Equiptment in Muskegon.

The lady that served me went above and beyond to help me. The part I needed was something they do not stock but she searched the web and brain stormed with me, she printed off a few places I could go and recommend I check thrift stores. I did find what I need at the place that was recommend and saved over 40. Thank you so much Mercy for having such helpful staff. My visit was 7/29/2019
