Unable to get ahold of ANYBODY during business hours. Advised of late last minute cancellations extremely close to appointment time. Then its impossible to get the appointment rescheduled as nobody answers the phone. If you are seeking help, Id seek elsewhere.

The providers are hard workers there for your mental health needs , and are amazing at helping . The office girls- Like Amy and Sam are fully there to support you too and your needs are met and friendly . Highly recommended this place

Referral sent in over a month and I still don't have an appointment made to see a provider. I have probably called over 20 times now

They stopped seeing me due to too many missed appointments, but that is part of my mental disabilities.. I often forget what time of day it is entirely.

Hello, this place is Horrible Horrible, I got an appointment for my daughter on Jan 29 they said they will send a packed to fill out prior the visit which never arrived, I called the office they apologized and rescheduled the appointment since I didn't received the packet. Once received I filled it out and went to the office personally to turn in the paperwork, Also to let them know that I need to reschedule the appointment because of traveling out of the state, front desk lady rescheduled and gave me a reminder card with appointment. I showed up today for the appointment with my daughter and for our surprise it was cancelled by the office "claiming" we did 3 reschedules and no shows for that reason we need to find another provider. I explained that we only rescheduled once, and the very first time was their own office because the packet didn't arrived on time. Everything went smooth while they were investigating what happened until my Daughter Provider Eliza walked to the counter explaining what the front desk already told me, I tried politely to make them understand that I never canceled or no show but yes I rescheduled once. At this point Eliza in front of my Daughter because a little unfriendly not letting me finish my sentences and telling me I can be there arguing all day but nothing will change. At that point i realized that knowing my Daughter who suffers of social anxiety and depression seeing what is supposed to be her Doctor acting like that was a no no. So I cancelled the appointment and left the premises. Please be careful with this place, Like Eliza told me and I quote" no shows means lost of time and money for the business" So sounds like health care is not their Primary mission
