Ive never regretted a choice in service more than going with this company. The owner told me he will come out that day for an estimate but his granddaughter came the next day when I wasnt expecting anyone. They quoted me a price which was very low I will say but when they came back to do the work days later they quoted a higher price. Then for the next 3 hours I heard profanity screamed extremely loud echoing through the neighborhood coming from my house from one of the employees. Then they knocked on my door and said they would come back to finish the work. I paid them against my better instincts and sure enough, they never came back. I honestly thought about contacting the department of licensing and regulatory affairs to let them know this company is charging for services not rendered but it is not worth the hassle. I guess you get what you pay for. Sorry I have no wish to contact your company again. I am just letting others know of my experience because I wish I would have had an idea of what to expect. To respond to your response, the main thing you can do is be professional when doing the job. The profanity was embarrassing for me to have that coming from my property. My neighbors complained to me afterwards. I probably wouldnt be leaving any review if it wasnt for that. Also, the main thing I wanted done was my hedges trimmed which wasnt done at all. Also, this complaint is from services done in late October so the dumps were free at the time. I just waited until I was sure you werent coming back and after I did the work myself to leave a review. As I said I considered doing more but have calmed down since. As far as the quote, I had no problem waiting a day or even a week for someone to come out, I just wanted a heads up. If the owner wasnt coming that day then he should have said so and when someone else was on their way I should have gotten a heads up, at least to make sure I was home. Finally there were 9 bags worth of leaves along the fences of the property when I finished the job myself. Dont get me wrong, there are an insane amount of leaves that fall in this neighborhood and it is a big job. I expected to pay much more. My suggestion would be to quote a fair price range from the beginning that covers your time so you can do the job as if all clients are expecting a perfect job. Then after you finish you can decide if the charge will be on the high or low end of the quoted price range. I would have rather overpaid for a great job then underpay and still have to get out there myself. I was paying because I didnt have time to do the work myself and having to do the work I did had consequences to my grades. I really hope your grandpas health improves and I hope u take my advice to improve your professionalism and not take it as an insult. I think its great you are a family business but if your not professional it just comes off as a hustle more than a business. You will make more money too if you quote more accurately and that with professionalism (maybe company uniforms like shirts with a logo and being mindful of your language) you will see your profits increase every year I guarantee it. Good luck I mean it

I gave them many chances to get it right, but I always had to point out spots they missed or didn't do altogether. Then the old man would argue with me and ask for more money to do what they should have done in the first place. See the pics of their trim job, and all the grass clippings they left in my parking lot this week. Look at their reviews, most of their positive reviews are from their family or people that work for them. Service: Lawn mowing & maintenance
