Technician Kavalli was here exactly on time to repair a landline issue. After he did this (I had mentioned my streaming seemed slow) he checked out my router and discovered an unnecessary filter inline which was reducing my signal! Streaming great now. On top of all this Kavalli went deep into my Dish receiver home menu and set it up where I only need one remote to start watching TV rather than the two. It was a great experience having Kavalli in my home. I would recommend this technician to everyone. The entire Frontier experience was top notch.

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE Internet service. Service people out here multiple times, three new routers, still HORRIBLE Internet service. Impossible to work from home. No Internet service multiple times a day. Someone from corporate needs to call me and talk. Don't ask me to get in touch with you on the internet.....because I probably won't have any service. My bill needs to be grossly adjusted.

Have been waiting 2 months just to get internet installed in my new home. They came out and said they would need to bury a line and run it back but they can put the box on the house and come back and do the line. A week and a half later we have heard nothing and check our order and it was canceled. They could not see why it was canceled so we reordered and next appt. was 3 weeks out. Fast forward 3 weeks and the technician never showed up. Got ahold of their terrible customer support and was told tech was running behind and to wait a little longer. I then get a notification that it has been rescheduled for the following day. So i wasted 5 hours waiting for them and now i have to wait another day with no eta on when they will show up, that they will be there between 8am and 5pm. If I had another option for internet i would switch in a heart beat. Worst internet provider ive ever had to deal with.
