        Tuesday at 1130am. Waited 4.5 hours in the ER. Staff was nice. When moved to ICU the staff was wonderful.

        Misdiagnosed a family member, and sent them to devos children's hospital. Thankfully, the surgery they suggested, wasn't even needed!!

        Waiting room is about 60 deg and the a/c is blowing cold air told them its cold in here they said they cant regulate the temp so much for keeping you comfortable when your hurting !
