Jeff Miedema Homes

While Jeff Miedema Homes did build us a beautiful home that we love, I am so frustrated that they will not come back to resolve even simple issues we have with the home that they have promised to fix. For example, all of the exterior windows in our home are painted black except one, and I cannot get them to come back to paint the window, which they installed last July. There are multiple issues they are avoiding, from problems with countertops to windows we cannot close without two people pushing on them. Idk if they are just too busy to go back to a completed home to fix a mistake, or if they are hoping my one-year home warranty will expire before they have to resolve them, or what. We had their first "Parade of Homes" house, during the build I raved about Katy and how smooth she made the process; now I can't get her to email or call me back. They did a great job communicating through the beginning and middle of the project, but at the end it fell off hard and since they have been "done" with our house for 10 months I am really struggling to get them to respond to me. If I was going to build another house in the are, I would not go with JMH because of my experiences post-build.

The team at Jeff Miedema were a pleasure to work with. We love our home and they made the building process easy. Katy was a great designer. They have been responsive with fixing (we've only had a couple minor issues) things after we closed. I would highly recommend this team.

The team at Jeff Miedema homes were fantastic to work with Katy helped us customize our interior options. She was accommodating of any requests or finding alternatives for options that may not work. Progress during the build was updated frequently and we had multiple opportunities to check out the house in progress. We had a tight timeline to work with for our move in and they made it happen which was a huge relief in the ever stressful process of moving. The home is fantastic and our pets love the new open space they have to lounge and play in. I would highly recommend looking into working with them to get yourself a home if you're in the market.

First, let me say that this was the best new home build experience ever. Jeff Miedema Homes has the process down to an art form and the people are fantastic. Jeff the developer is hands on and his vision is exactly what my family was looking for. From start to finish every communication was a can do attitude with each step we took. Ive always believed that its the people in any project that truly brings about the best result. Jeff Miedema has a great crew. Katy Bradford is the Office Manager and she is extraordinary! Our new home was made even better because Katy has great design ideas and taste. Thank you Katy! Definitely 5 stars.

Been into a few of his new builds, especially the one on Walker. Loved that house, the covered deck with lighting was awesome!!! We almost put bid in, it was just a bit to small. We are looking into buying land and having our mortgage agent and her real estate agent friend see if we can get him to build us a house on it for us. His houses are the best me and the wife have looked at hands down.
