        Gave me crooked bed. $1700 Never followed through with the new footboard. Never buy there again. It's been over a year. You are not saving money if it's bad product. IMO

      We are sorry to hear of this now. When we came out to your house at no charge we measured and made sure that everything was square and straight. When we left, everything measured out to the same length and was as square as can be. Even though there wasn’t anything wrong with the bed and it was a floor model (for $699) that you saw before we delivered it we still offered to replace the footboard. Since we never heard back from you after that offer we thought that you had decided that you didn’t want to move forward with a different footboard . At this point we are well beyond the one year warranty for that specific product. We always try to take care of any problems that come up right away to make our customers happy.
