        I have personally viewed these apartments both during rehab and after completion. The attention to detail was amazing and the final product is fabulous. All the security and smart systems work well and to my knowledge have not been so extensively used in muskegon. The garden area is extremely beautiful and relaxing. These apartments will set a whole new standard in muskegon and the surrounding areas. Great job.

      Well Blue House has expanded its services to include installation of Smart Home and Alarm systems for landlords that want to provide their tenants more options so feel free to contact us about that. We have created a unique luxury experience at Blue House Manor and our apartments are very special to us. It took 6 years of remodeling to get this building back into service and we're so glad you enjoyed the tours.

Blue House Manor is affordable luxury and we're expanding into neighboring buildings to offer more rental properties so we'll have so much more to offer the McLaughlin neighborhood. We even lite bon fires in the formal firepit of Blue House Gardens per our tenants requests to create a relaxing environment to entertain friends and family. We take security and comfort seriously at Blue House Manor so the smart alarm systems and cameras do the job very well. We want our customers to feel at ease, relaxed and enjoy their life at home.
