I have used this company twice in past 2 yrs. Drivers are knowledgeable and offer up what they know to ease the pain of a frustrated customer. The 1st time, I was told over phone by mechanic in Alma I needed an overhauled transmission - so tow it in. Searched Internet and was fortunate to get Discount Towing on the phone. The gentleman who picked it up in front of Ric's and then came to my apartment for payment, immediately told me I needed belt and could get that in Mt Pleasant instead of what was planned. Saving many several $100s right off the bat. I literally just stood and stared for a long minute, do good guys really exist ?? They do indeed at Discount Towing. The tow was $50, belt and labor at shop driver took vehicle was $100. Good job Discount Towing. BTW, quoted price from Alma shop was $1750. Can you imagine how much smiling I was able to do ??
