I was experiencing foot pain while working out. I went there and they measured my feet and evaluated my walk. They told me I was a different shoe size than what I had been wearing. I bought one of their recommendations and I have had zero foot pain working out while wearing my new shoes. Very friendly staff.

Horrible experience. My husband bought me 2 pairs of Lululemon pants and I needed to exchange them for a smaller size. Upon entering the store I wasnt greeted. When I asked for assistance and explained I needed to exchange for smaller sizes I was pointed at the clothing and told to go ahead and look. After explaining I didnt know where any items were located the associate helped me locate one item and told me I could use the fitting room with no light and was nowhere to be located when I needed additional assistance locating the other pants. Decided to return completely and will purchase at a store that treats customers better.

I received excellent customer service from friendly and knowledgeable staff. I learned a lot about materials and structures/features of shoes. I definitely recommend this store for all runners.
