DO NOT MOVE HERE!! We moved in 2 years ago and it has been the worst decision we made!!! We have made a couple complaints to the maintenance guys about our "yard" not being level it floods our sidewalk everytime it rains. Nothing still has been done, They run this place like prison..the maintenance guys ride around and look in peoples yards and driveways for stuff to report to the manager so she can call or show up at your door to complain. we had a small 1ft deep kids pool for our 3 year old daughter to play in and the day we got it out for her they was on it to call and complain.. I had a small 12ft trailer parked in MY driveway for the weekend and got harassed about it.. we get harassed about my daughters toy car in our yard or my cooler next to my porch because its not in the shed..and when you tell her its bull that they can tell you what you park in your driveway or have in your yard that you pay for she says "its in the rules" their favorite thing to do is threaten with eviction.....lot rent constantly gets raised but they can't fix what residents been complaining about for a couple years....this place is all about slapping double wide homes on single trailer lots and taking your $$...only freedom you have here is inside your home.....they claim have the say over your yard and driveway..... we are putting this place up for sale asap like all the other smart residents have been doing....We hate it here!!!! SUMMERHILL STATE PRISON!!!!!!

We just moved to town from out of state. We were so happy to find this place. Kelly made it such a smooth and easy process from a distance. Once getting settled in our home we met Ayla, the property manager, who is so friendly and helpful. Jeremy was so nice and helpful when addressing some maintenance concerns. We were pleasantly surprised to find out how many community activities there will be, which is so helpful and nice when moving to a new area. We attended our first one this past weekend which was meeting Santa and Mrs. Claus. Our kids got to take pictures with them and they got to take a fun holiday craft with them. We love our home itself which is very spacious and beautiful inside. The property is so clean and well kept. We also love that we are so close to town which has been so convenient to get things we need for our home to get all settled in. I would recommend anyone to check out these homes!
