        how is this place legal??? $48 for spaghetti and meatballs??? i'm so glad I have the cooking skills I have because this is actually hilarious

        2nd New Years dinner there. Excellent service and food was great. This year I tried the steak frites, the flavor was great except it was extremely salty, that I could barely eat the fries. Could knock down the salt by 80%. It was hard to eat. The steak was good in it. I moved them off to the side to eat.

      Easy answer - Capitalism! Provide goods and services for people to purchase. Maybe someone would love Homemade Pappardelle noodles, Bolognese sauce and a Wagyu Meatball then topped with 36 Month Parmigiano Reggiano! If that is something they don't want there are 24 other items to choose from. While I have no doubt you have the cooking skills to make such a dish how about you make it and let us try and rate you on a public forum. 1 Star for you Xan because you are a hilarious keyboard warrior.
