I do not live in town and received a haircut here. They left way too much hair on the right side near my hair line. I came back to town two weeks later asking if there was any way they could correct this error for me (it would take less than 5 minutes). They informed me it had been past the grace period of 7 days and I would have to pay full price. They would not make an exception even though I live out of town. It has been only two weeks. I believe I was treated without empathy or equity for my situation. I wont return next time Im in town.

I went to a chain haircut place down the road from Sport Clips and got butchered! I've never had a bad haircut in my life, or one that I would complain about, until today. After leaving that place, I searched the maps and low and behold, found out that there was a Sport Clips in the same town! I have been going to Sport Clips in Colorado Springs for years and was pleased to see they have them here in Michigan as well. Long story short, Abi at the Mt Pleasant location worked wonders to fix the unfixable. Not only was she completely professional, but she was a hoot to talk to. Big props to the Mt Pleasant location for not only knowing how to cut hair, but for being awesome as well!
