        Was supposed to have a telehealth appt early September, was never contacted/sent a link. Contacted office and got the "we'll have the doctor reach out asap. Waited a few days and still nothing. Contacted them yet again and was told the same thing. STILL haven't heard anything! THEN I get a statement from BCBS and they charged me for the appointment I NEVER had! And of course, I'm STILL waiting to hear back from that office. Have tried calling numerous times to no avail.
