        My wife was in the hospital and had a $25 monthly payment coming out automatically. She did not have it so Isabella bounced it twice charging $64 fees then $10/day for 16 days until her social security went in. Upon returning home they took it from her direct deposit. She asked for a refund. They denied her request and she was left $200 short for needs like transportation to physical therapy and medicine for a $25 charge they didn't even pay. Then they send us letters monthly to please refer friends and family.

        Mackenzie was one of the meanest people Ive talked to at this bank and at any bank. She laughed at me over the phone because I wasnt sure what she was asking. If you get Mackenzie ask for someone else!
