        It was a fine maintenance job but ignored that I had selected the option on the form not to enter my apartment if I wasn't present but they ignored that and entered when I wasn't there...

        Hasnt been a horrible experience for the most part the apartment is ok for the price maintenance comes when they want too pretty much .. better hope you dont have an after hours issue because youll really just be SOL however I do hate the fact that they placed me and my family in between obnoxious college kids after I specifically stated that before we moved in that I have a loud toddler whos pretty noisy so why they put us in between two obnoxious college students who complain about everything beats me.. just ready for the lease to be up so me and my family can move on its a good starter apartment until we can get to where we want to be ..

        Jamestown was such a nice place to live. Every single one of the employees in the front office are very caring and understanding and truly want to help you. My apartment was just the right size for what I needed. I had it decorated beautifully and the carpeting was of high quality. I have zero complaints about the complex.
