Michelle is the best landlord we couldve ever asked for. We had a perfect location, so close to campus as well as being on Main Street! Michelle takes care of her tenants!! Always looking out for us and helped with any issue we came across!

Michelle is the best landlord!! You can tell she cares about her properties and the residents thats rent them. I rented one of her houses for two years and I have absolutely nothing to complain about. The house was kept up and in great condition. Whenever we needed some maintenance done it was done extremely quick (Im talking within the hour or shortly after). Marshalls college rentals is the best company to rent from!

Best company to lease from during my college years! They are extremely accommodating. Whenever we had an issue with anything they were over within the day or the next day to fix it! I felt so safe and welcomed here. Very kept up houses as well! Nothing but good things to say:)
