        Michigan Management Specialist are by far the best rental property management company i have ever dealt with. They are on point! They understand and work with ya 100 percent! I must say if yer in the market ya should work with them. These people are the real deal and in touch with reality. The peeps who left bad reviews are smucks.. one guy says he is buying a hooue...lol.. then talks of rent.. ya should disregard his polution. Great management company. Awesome people, they bendover backwards to help residents.

        The most pathetic property management company I've experienced so far. Bought my apartment and made it difficult to schedule a time to sign my lease, but it's 2023, SEND IT ELECTRONICALLY dummies! PEOPLE WORK.

      Hi Jeovonnie. We completely understand that people work. Just to clarify a few things, we notified all tenants that the property owner, not us, would be transferring management of the property to us TWO weeks prior to the official start date. We have set up an office on site, offered extended hours and even weekends for all to sign their lease. We have done electronic lease signings with quite a few of our managed properties. You are more than happy to reach out to our office during business hours and schedule what works best for you.
