Clean and safe! Wonderful community. The management in the front office is very kind. They are three small ponds that you can walk to. There's a couple of pavilions to hang out at. That clubhouse is nice and updated and you can rent it out. It's nice and quiet.

Do not believe the latest reviews you see from these so called local guides . They are completely false reviews. My mother-in-law has lived here for several years so Ive seen what the park was and what it is now. This park has been going downhill for the last couple of years. There is NO NEW OWNER and there is no rehab going on. Its the same one its always had. First off, this community is not gated at all. The gates have been broken for about four years now so they are always open. What is new is the marketing person the owner hired in the office who will say anything (things like upscale community, quiet, blah blah and so on) to sell a place , collect a commission and protect their phony job. Thirdly It's also not professionally managed. There is NO MANAGEMENT at all anymore. There was a good manager but her authority has been removed and I believe the marketing person has something to do with that unintelligent decision. So no rule enforcement takes place anymore. This marketing person also jacked up the rent as much as $125 on some residents to meet local rates and this forced a bunch of people out. Secondly it is not quiet nor is it upscale. The roads throughout the park are shot to heck and need resurfacing throughout the entire park. Some of the homes they sell should just be hauled away as junk but hey, there's a sucker born every minute. Barking dogs are a problem, vehicles booming music all times of day as they race thru the park. Teens roam the streets during summer, kids on scooters and atv's fly up and down the street and thru the stop signs, unsupervised children playing in the street. So if you are looking for a clean, quiet, peaceful place to live, THIS ISNT IT.
