        Ordered a burger meal. Asked for rootbeer float and onion rings with the combo meal. Got an order with fries instead of the requested rings and informed the clerk of the error. Rather than accommodate and correct the order, the clerk chose to argue instead of correcting my order and wouldn't back down and correct my order. I walked out in anger. The clerk is always right and the customer is always wrong, apparently. I will never stop here to order a meal here again. I advise others not to eat here unless you are looking for a fight with the clerk. Hope their poor customer service drives them out of business.

        Honestly so so upset how the manager handled the situation. We ordered on doordash and the onion rings or any sauces were placed in the bag. I call them and the manager of this A & W says she cant give me a refund when clearly it was their fault. The door dasher isnt gonna look through he bag to make sure you did your job right!!! SO frustrating and she had a bad attitude! Thanks for taking money from your customers without refunding them for not GETTING THERE FOOD.The manager GOT TO GO
