    I can't say how it is living here, but I called for availability and spoke to Robin. I mentioned I've been looking for housing since January. She did say she was full. She also went out of her way to give me information and advice that she didn't have to. I felt compelled to leave a review for the awesome customer service.

    Scheduled an appointment for a showing nearly a month in advance and about a week before my appointment, I get a text saying how I need to reschedule because there was a “calendar conflict.” That day is “full” now. How is it full NOW? I should’ve been able to keep my spot seeing that it was already scheduled. Then, they proceed to try and reschedule me for June 7th. I booked it and not even two minutes later I receive another text stating that THAT date was full. How? In other words, if you don’t want your time wasted, don’t even bother with these idiots.

    I love this apartment, it is quiet and clean and has a beautiful pool. The staff here are kind and friendly. I would recommend this apartment to anybody. The rent is a good price too. It is conveniently located to shops, food and my place of work.

    I usually don’t write negative reviews but I feel like this needs some light shed. We lived here for an entire year. Rent was always on time. We caused no issues. Three times management Robyn, as well as maintenance entered without notifying us by phone. The first time we weren’t notified at all, they just entered because of what they said was an emergency. Second and third time- They notified us BY email, and then entered our home 24 hours later- we weren’t home either times. Which makes us extremely uncomfortable. The first time they said it was an emergency, we asked him to leave, he said he would come back, he didn’t come back until THAT NIGHT. So if it were an emergency don’t you think he would’ve came back sooner to get it done? They know the preferred contact Method and our number is updated! It is SO wrong on so many levels to enter someone’s apartment unannounced-not only that but to tell them they need to clean up two weeks my mother and law died which I disclosed with her & When I paid $777/month to live here! I’m so glad our lease is up because this experience ever since Robyn has become manager has been terrible.
