        Very rude on the phone. Asked me why i wanted to do what i wanted on my truck said there's no reason to cut out the stock restrictive y pipe. Thought i went to a custom exhaust shop the point is to customize my exhaust. Thats ok went down the road to another custom shop and they were more than happy to do anything i wanted to do
