Unfortunately we had a bad experience with a concrete job, surface of it is chipping away, showed pictures and the company came up with all kinds of reasons why it did thatI feel because it was a smaller job they just sent unexperienced people to get it done, no follow up from owner after. Scott and his team were fantastic to deal with from working up a design concept for our back patio/walkway and staircase all the way through the construction. Highly recommend Rock Solid Landscape & Design! Scott has fantastic communication from start to finish and he is extremely responsive. We had plenty of questions and he never makes you feel like youre a bother. He goes out of his way to make sure the customer is getting the info they want and/or need and that theyre happy with the work. His crew is top notch. Extremely nice guys who work their tails off. And they clean up EVERY night. Nothing is left laying around for tomorrow. Theyre respectful of yours and your neighbors property. We couldnt have been happier with how everything turned out!! Had them do my landscaping, driveway extension and upper/lower patios, they did great. Staff was great to work with and worked like a well oiled machine. Ive already referred others to them.
