        Booked room to attend my mothers funeral services. My sister and husband who reside in Grand Rapids wanted to be in the same place as me. She called and spoke with the owners. Afterwards she decided she did not want to share a home with the resident present during this remorseful time. She booked a house where we could all stay in privately. The reservation wasnt even twenty four hours old and the Hampton House refused to refund my money even though the reservation wasnt for another three weeks. Poor excuse for a business. I will be contacting the chamber of commerce.
