        We had a floor installed with a different company a few years ago, which has closed their buisness since then, so I decided to call Krauseneck to see if they could repair a split in our vinyl flooring. The owner called me back personally and had his installer at our house within a week. Was extremely happy with how everything worked out. Will definately be shopping at this carpet store whenever we need any kind of flooring in the near future.

        Krauseneck Carpet has done several jobs for us lately. They are friendly, honest and their prices are very fair. They have a beautiful showroom and plenty to choose from. I will continue to use Krauseneck Carpet for my flooring needs!

        The store is awesome. I purchased carpets for my bedrooms and luxury vinyl for my living room and family room. April explained so much as I was clueless about the different types of carpet and hard flooring. Installation was top notch. AAA rating from start to finish
