        My first & last time going to this cleaners. I took my beautiful pleated white skirt here & when I picked it up ALL the pleats were gone!!!! They had the nerve to tell me there were no pleats in the skirt, which was the beauty of the skirt, smh. They didn't offer any type of refund whatsoever, lesson learned. They just lost what could've been a new loyal customer. #TheirLoss
