        I called before I came in as I had some questions about quit claim deeds. They answered the phone quickly and didnt have to wait. Very informative. Of course, they cannot give you any legal advise. See a lawyer for that! When I arrived, there are kiosks to sign in. Simple and easy process. They call you up very quickly. I barely sat down!! Lots of handicap parking. No parking meters. Friendly. No stress.

        I ordered a birth certificate online Sunday sept 18 2023. With express which cost $30.00 I havent received the document yet . So I called and was told the $30 fee for express wasnt to rush the document its for them to process I want a refund with your fraudulent business. Then tells me the $30 fee I would receive the dcument in 5 - 10 business days. This is a scam. Im getting intouch with the BBB
