        This is by far the worst repair shop I have ever delt with. Put parts on my car that I did ask for. Knowing that they were bad parts.

        I had a car shipped from out of state and it had some upper valve train noise that I recorded. I called Bruce at Heads Up and he asked if I could come right over. After seeing and listening to the video, he said there was an issue and he'd call when I could bring it in. The call came and once there he said he'd pull the valve covers and see what was going on. A few hours later, I get a call. I was expecting a bad news call. Instead, it was to tell me he was done and come get it. Valves and rocker arm adjustments and the valve train was quiet. I have found a place for any engine work I may need in the future. Thrilled with the honesty and outcome. Thank you Bruce.
