I am so pleased with the rate Swantek Agency worked out for my vehicle. They are saving me $600.00/year. A long-time customer with another company (name begins with a "P"), I did not think it was possible to best their rate. Boy, was I wrong. Thank you Donna, for your fast and easy process. Just got a call back from Patti from Allen's office. what a waste of my time. I was told that because of Bushes and old shrubs around my house and a old garage that sits on a different parcel number that his office will not accept coverage for my house. Then when asked why Patti told me that she didn't even send in other photos. So i called headquarters and i was told she first over quoted me for stated insurance on my house for over 400,000. She told me this is how there system does the calculation. Headquarters told me that is wrong and they don't do that. Please listen to me and don't waste your time here. 5 days wasted on this team. Never spoke to the agent she always told me he was out of the office.
